Cannon’s ISO9001:2015 Quality Management accreditations has been recertified by BSI with no non-conformities!
We are pleased to announce that Cannon Fire Protection has passed their ISO 9001:2015 recertification audit. Cannon works hard to maintain our Quality Management System (QMS) which has adhered to the requirements of the ISO 9001 international standard for a number of years. Our annual audit happened on June 24, 2019, the audit was conducted by BSI and we are delighted to have passed with flying colours. The certification shows that the company’s quality policy, quality management and operating systems merit the requirements of this UKAS accredited international standard.
Quality Management System (QMS) enables an organisation to have confidence in the products and services it provides to its customers. QMS acts as a platform to ensure consistency, efficiency and traceability as well as promoting best practice, improving customer service and satisfaction in key areas.
Back in April, we had another successful audit with BAFE back in April, Cannon had their SP203-3 accreditation. This accreditation is relating to fixed gaseous fire suppression systems and having this accreditation enable Cannon to design, install, commission & maintain fixed gas fire suppression systems.
ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:
- needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, – & –
- aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
